Concrete breaking and hydrocarbon contaminated ground safely and successfully removed in this remediation contract on a former petrol station.
the disused petrol station was part of `a site remediation contract ` whereby Armstrong Groundworks worked together with a specialist firm to clean up a contaminated site in order to be able to safely build houses thereon.
The job required the remediation of a large quantity of not so contaminated material without the expense of removal from site. The concrete slabs were also crushed to provide a hardcore base.
